Munoz and Associates, LLC was formed by Kenneth Munoz in 2011. Its mission is to provide high quality, expert legal advice and related consulting services to clients in the sports, entertainment and media business sectors. Its roster of select clients includes major professional sports teams and arenas, a live event production company and a television and transmission services production company.

The firm has a unique approach to staffing client needs, which emphasizes flexibility and efficiency. In addition to providing Mr. Munoz’s expertise, honed over the course of 35 years in practice, the firm has available to it the services of additional attorneys who have practiced in the sports, entertainment and media sectors.
